
If you are a customer of Yahoo! or SBCGlobal.net email services, we cannot guarantee you will be able to receive our emails. Yahoo! (aka. sbcglobal.net) has recently integrated many changes to their email services. As a result, a great many businesses are now unable to contact people with Yahoo! or sbcglobal.net email accounts.
According to this Yahoo! blog article entitled: "Yahoo! Mail taking new steps to combat spam", Yahoo!'s new spam-protection techniques are causing many problems for legitimate buinesses in their attempt to contact Yahoo! users. Since Yahoo! and SBCGlobal.net have merged, this also affects SBCGlobal.net users as well.

We are stridently working with Yahoo! to try and resolve this for Marketing Live and Contacts Live customers. But like so many others, it is a struggle.
We have no issues with other services, such as AOL, MSN/Hotmail and GMAIL.
Until such as time these issues with Yahoo! and SBCGlobal.net can be resolved, we highly recommend using alternate email accounts for registration, flyers and all other correspondence with Marketing Live and Contacts Live.
